The reason was simple: the UK kendama scene needed more oppertunity to come together as a community to catch-up, jam, compete, and meet with new players. Between 2017 and 2018 there was a surge in UK kendama. Pockets of players were popping up across the country and a new demand for events emerged. The SKUK tour aims to bridge the gap between these communities by offering a platform upon which to compete, meet and celebrate a common love for our kendama community and culture.
